摘要
知识经济呼唤创新人才,高校学生干部在高校中担任着双重管理的角色和任务,加强高校学生干部创新能力的培养是迎接知识经济时代挑战的需要,是充分发挥学生“三自管理”机能,促进高校教书育人和管理育人的需要,是为了改变当前学生干部思想现状的需要。加强高校学生干部创新能力的培养可以从内外两方面入手:创新宽松组织环境,培养造就新型学生工作干部队伍;主观上开放思想,更新观念。
The knowledge economy calls for innovators. The undergraduates cadres take up a post of double managemenTraining the undergraduates cadres?innovation ability meets the need of the challenge and competition in the hightechnological times of knowledge economy. It is needed to realize the ?-self?management function of students and improve the education by teaching and management. What抯 more important is that it meets the need of changing the currentideological situation. Cultivating the innovation ability need be done in external and internal ways, such as producing a free and active surroundings, and liberating ideas and reforming our ways of thinking.
