Journals have formed their own features in the recently merged universities.To find solutions to the new problems arising among the journals in the universities and to fulfill their goals of gaining both social and economic benefits,the journals have to find their own positions in China's whole surroundings and persist in the principles of integrating the features of comprehensiveness and specialization.Thus,the needs of readers for modern time information and journals for their adaptation to the modern world can be satisfied.
