摘要
从传统编辑到掌握数字化技术编辑是高校期刊工作发展之必然 ,编辑人员的业绩考核从定性到定量也是改革之必然 ,在几年实行人 机合一的实践基础上 ,提出编辑人 机方案的量化考核结构 ,运行结果表明 。
It is inevitable that the editorial technologies will be developed from tradition to digitalisation, and accordingly the evaluation for the editors of university periodicals will be carried out on the basis of quantitative methods. From the experiences of several years' practice of the people computer editorial system, the authors put forward a quantitatively evaluation method which is operational and reliable.
