摘要
用户教育被认为是瑞典图书馆的主要活动之一 ,为增强用户的信息获取能力 ,图书馆开发了各种针对不同用户群体的用户培训课程 ,并向用户提供基于Web的实习指导和自学材料 ,参与用户培训的图书馆员都有机会到高等院校接受教学法的培训。通过比较 ,对我国医学图书馆的用户教育 ,从用户培训课程的设置、教学材料的准备和馆员培训等方面 ,提出了建议和看法。
User-education is considered as a primary library activity in Sweden.Many user-education courses aimed at different specific customer groups have been developed and given by librarians in the country to empower the information literacy of users.Web-based library guides and self-instruction tutorials are provided to users.Teaching materials are published in the intra-web of the library to save the teaching preparing time of the librarians.In general,librarians involved in user-education in Sweden have the opportunity to take courses on pedagogy to raise their teaching skills.Pedagogical courses for librarians with special conditions of user-education as a focus are currently emerging.User-education usually is financed as part of the library budget.A number of libraries take payment for courses for other customer groups than students.Some suggestions on contents of user-education courses,teaching materials and librarian training program for user-education in Chinese medical libraries have been presented.
