摘要 目的 评价溶血对实验恒河猴和Beagle犬血浆测定值的影响。方法 用低温冻融的方法制备不同溶血程度的血浆 ,分别测定恒河猴和Beagle犬 17项血浆生化指标。结果 溶血对猴和犬血浆丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)、天冬氨酸转氨酶 (AST)、乳酸脱氢酶 (LDH)、酸性磷酸酶 (ACP)、肌酸激酶 (CK)、碱性磷酸酶 (ALP)、谷氨酰转肽酶 (γ GT)等 7种酶及总胆红素 (TBIL)、钾 (K+)、磷 (P)等 3种成分产生显著影响 ,ALT、AST、LDH、ACP、CK等酶活性和TBIL、K的值随溶血加重而升高 ,ALP、γ GT的活性和P的值随溶血加重而降低。尿素氮 (BUN)、葡萄糖(GLU)、总胆固醇 (TCHO)、尿酸 (UA)、白蛋白 (ALB)、钙 (Ca2 +)、高密度脂蛋白 (HDL)等受溶血的影响轻微。 Objective The aim of this study was to estimate the influence of hemolysis on plasma biochemical values.Methods Hemolysis plasma of rhesus macaques and beagle dogs in different levels were prepeared by routine procedures. The values of 17 biochemical index were detected.Results Hemolysis took significent effect on plasma enzymes including ALT,AST,LDH,ACP,CK,ALP,γ-GT and other three constituents of TBIL,K +,and P.The activity of the enzymes including ALT,AST,LDH,ACP,CK and the values of TBIL,K increased with the degree of hemolysis increasing while the activity of ALP,γ-GT and the value of P decreased.Hemolysis had slight effect on BUN,GLU,TCHO,UA,ALB,Ga 2+ and HDL values.Conclusion It is important to evaluate the effect of hemolysis reasonably.
