摘要 研究了甘露醇、丙三醇对高压静电场与过氧化氢酶作用的影响 ,结果表明 :在强度为 3× 10 3 v cm的电场作用下 ,甘露醇在低浓度区使得过氧化氢酶的活力下降 ,这可能是甘露醇降低了溶液极性 ,使酶在高压静电场作用下容易变形所致 ;在中浓度区 ,过氧化酶活力上升 ;在高浓度区 ,甘露醇使得高压静电场对过氧化氢酶失去作用 ,这可能是甘露醇使得溶液介电常数增加 ,酶分子实际感受的电场强度减小所致。 This article studied the effects of D-mannital and glycerin on interaction between high voltage electrostatic field and catalase. The results indicate that:at 3×10 3?v/cm,D-mannital can make the activity of catalase decrease in lower concentrate of D-mannital. This probably results from the decrease of polarization of solution with D-mannital,because high voltage electrostatic field can make the catalse vary more easy in lower polariation solution to 2×10 -2 ?mol/L. And the activity of catalase can rise,when the concentrate of D-mannital is between 1×10 -2 ?mol/L. And the activity of catalase do not vary,when the concentrate of D-mannital is higher than 4×10 -2 ?mol/L. This probably results from the rise of dielectric constant with D-mannita,because the higher dielectric constant makes the decrease of electric field strength.The effects of glycerin is somewhat same as D-mannital.
