摘要
报道一种有效分离球衣细菌 (Sphaerotilusnatans)的实验方法 ,并对球衣细菌实验菌株的菌落形态 ,碳、氮源物质 ,生长条件 ,生长曲线和PHB积累变化曲线等生物学特性进行了研究。
A Sphaerotilus natans strain was isolated from wastewater. Its colonial morpha, biochemical, metabolic, nitrogen sources, growing condition and curve, variable curve of poly-β-hydroxybutyric acid (PHB) accumulation, and other biological features were studied. The results may provide theoretical guidance for comprehensive application of S.natans.
