摘要
正交试验结果表明 ,培养基质中葡萄糖的存在 ,抑制粗毛栓菌对麦草木质纤维素的降解作用 ;适量添加酒石酸 ,可提高该菌对木素的降解程度。粗毛栓菌有较强的降解麦草木质纤维素的能力 ,培养 6 0d后 ,原麦草中6 6 .2 1%纤维素、71.96 %半纤维素和 70 .
Glucose existence in medium inhibited ligno-cellulose degradation by orthogonal experiment. Addition of tartaric acid raised the degradation degree of ligno-cellulose. Trametes gallica possesses strong capability to degrade ligno-cellulose in wheat straw. Culture 60 days after inoculation, 66.21% of cellulose, 71.96% of hemicellulose, and 70.14% of lignin vanished respectively.
