摘要
本文针对我国进入 WTO以后 ,为中小企业的信息化建设提供一些思路和建议 ,首先介绍计算机集成制造系统的开发和利用 ,接下来谈一下与时代发展相适应的信息机构的建设 ,最后是关于信息机构组建过程中应掌握的几个原则。信息化势在必行 ,中小企业如何来做 。
Based on the accession to WTO,the paper supplies some thoughts and advice,firstly,introduces the devlopment and utilization of CIMS,then discusses constructing informaiton organization fit to era,some principles that should be noted during the constructing information organization are pointed at last.The information trend is imperative,SMEs how to do is the main problems stated in the paper.
