摘要
在[3]中,我们研究了在抢占规则下带有转换时间和阈值的两类顾客优先权排队系统.本文就非抢占情形对这样的系统作进一步的研究,同样求出两类顾客队长的稳态联合概率母函数.籍助这些母函数可求出诸如平均队长这样一些重要的系统性能指标.
A single-server two-queue priority queueing system with changeover times and switching threshold was studied for the case of preemptive discipline in [3]. We now go further into the study of this system for the non-preemptive case, and also obtain the steady joint probability generating function of the lengths of two queues. By means of this generating function some important performance measures of the system such as mean length of queue can be calculated.
