摘要
中国和德国是两个有着不同文化背景的国家,其企业文化也有许多不同之处:前者以儒家文化为主,强调伦理道德,注重人事管理;后者以基督教精神和西方人文主义思想为基础,创建了一套理性的管理制度。从理论上了解“企业文化”一词的内涵和实质,比较中德企业文化的差别,对创造具有中国特色的企业文化,进行富有成效的跨文化企业管理有着现实意义。
The Chinese business and academy field are paying more and more attention to the 'corporate culture', which is a new kind of management conception. China and Germany are two countries with different culture background: China regards Confucianism as the main culture, emphasizes ethics and moralities and thinks highly of personal management while Germany created a series of rational management system, which is based on Christianism and western humanism. Nowadays, due to the economic globalization, more and more German firms are entering China and this will certainly lead to the conflict of different corporate culture. Therefore, understanding the connotation and essence of the word 'corporate culture and comparing the difference between Chinese and German corporate culture are very important for creating Chinese special corporate culture and improving intercultural management .
