New diluted magnetic semiconductor material(Ga,Mn)As based on GaAs

摘要 介绍了一种基于 Ga As的新型稀磁半导体材料 ( Ga,Mn) As,包括 ( Ga,Mn) As的制备方法、结构特性、磁性质及磁输运性质。最后 ,展望了 ( Ga,Mn) A new GaAs based diluted magnetic semiconductor,(Ga,Mn)As,is introduced in this paper,including its growing methods,structural properties,magnetic and magnetotransport properties.Finally,the application prospect of(Ga,Mn)As is previewed.
