Problems and Their Solution in Plywood Production in USSR

本文综述了苏联近10年来在胶合板工业方面的某些变化、生产中的主要问题和措施:扩大用材树种、充分合理地利用木材资源、重视技术改造、大力开发新产品、开展应用研究、改善生产和消费结构。类似苏联生产中的问题,在我国胶合板生产中也有存在,本文也许会给我们的科研和生产单位提供一些启迪。

This paper gives an overview on some changes taking place in ply-wood industry in USSR in the last decade The main problems and theirsolution in the plywood production in USSR are as follows: further extensiveplanting of timber species that can be used in plywood production, morereasonably making use of wood resources, emphasizing technical transforma-tion of the factories, producing new kinds of products, developing appliedresearch and improving the production and consumption structure of plywoodThese problems arising in USSR are, to some extent, similar to those inour country. This article may give some enlightenment to our researchand production units.
