苦参碱注射液联合TACE术治疗原发性肝癌的临床观察

Primary Liver Cancer Treated by Matrine Injection with TACE Operation

目的 :观察苦参碱注射液配合TACE术治疗晚期肝癌的疗效及实验室指标的变化。方法 :80例肝癌患者随机分成 :治疗组41例 ,苦参碱配合TACE术 ;对照组39例 ,甘利欣配合TACE术。结果 :治疗组在改善TACE术后的发热、疼痛有效率分别为82 35%、73 33 % ;对照组分别为54 84 %、54 17 %。实验室指标 :在防治TACE术后白细胞下降、总胆红素的升高、白球比例的下降等保肝、护肝方面有较好的作用 ,与对照组比较差异具有统计学意义 ,在防治转氨酶升高方面与对照组相仿。结论 :苦参碱联合TACE术有改善生活质量、防治白细胞下降。

Objective:Observe the therapeutic effect and lab index changes of metaphase late liver cancer treated by matrine injection together with TACE operation.Methods:Randomly divide 80 cases of liver cancer into 41 cases of treatment group treated with matrine and TAE operation;39 cases of control group treated with Ganlixin and TACE operation.Results:The effective rates for alleviating the heat and pain after TAE in the treatment guroup were respectively 82 35% and 73 33%;for the control group,respectively 54 84% and 54 17%.For the lab indexes:It exerted better function on protecting liver,i.e.preventing and treeating reduced leukocyte,raised total bilirubin and lowered A/G ratio,had obvious difference compared with control group and the difference had statastical meaning.On preventing and treating risen transaminase,it was similar with control group.Conclusion:Matrine combined with TACE operation has the functions of improving life quality,preventing and treating lowered leukocyte and protecting liver function for the patients of metaphase late liver cancer.
