The Broad Sense Theory of New Economy

新经济发源于美国，盛行于美国，研究时也自然离不开美国，但最终的焦点却不应该是美国，而是其能给我国带来什么好处。另外，新经济的产生与发展的源动力--计算机网络技术作为一个重要的产业往往被人们所重视，可其同其他新技术融合一体对经济的推动作用却往往被人们所忽视，等等一些问题都要求我们改变思维，用广义的方法去研究探讨。

New Economy originate from The United States and prevail in The United States, therefore, we have to base on the United States to study it. However the final purpose of the research should not be focus on the United States only, but to benefit the economy of our own country. On one hand, people always emphasize on the computer & internet technology as a very important industry, because of it's original power of birthing and developing New Economy. On the other hand, the function that it can merge with the new technology and greatly affect the economy is always be neglected. Viewing such questions, we have to change our way of thinking, and use the broad sense on our research and exploration to New Economy.
