The Internal Unity Between Governing the Country According to Law and Governing the Country Through Moral Approach

依法治国与以德治国具有内在的统一性 ,这主要表现在 :承担依法治国与以德治国的主体是统一的 ;依法治国与以德治国所追求的目标是一致的 ;法律与道德在内涵和功能上能相互融通互补 ,一方面道德理性能够为法律提供合理性的根据 ,另一方法治也可以成为德治的圭臬。依法治国与以德治国的内在统一既体现了一种文化宿命 。

Between governing the country accordng to law and governing the country through moral approach there exists an internal unity,which is mainly reflected by the following:the subject that carries out the two missions being the same ;the objective to be achieved through the two approaches being the same;law and morality being harmonious with and supplementary to each other in content and function,with morality providing grounds for laws on the one hand,and law providing criterion for morality on the other The internal unity between governing the country according to law and governing the country through moral approach reflects not only the long cherished ambition of culture ,but also the full expression of the subjective spirit of the people who understand thoroughly the long cherished ambition and the inevitability of history
