In the eyes of Lukàcs,Marxism originates in Heg el,being the critical and materialist development of Hegelianism.And this sets a precedent for having Marxism Hegelized.To give Lukàcs his due,his doctrine con tains both the essence and the dross.His theory about the concrete totality,whic h is derived from Hegel is of important methodological value,and his stand against dogmatism should also be adequately regarded as positive.
