The Communist Party of China (CPC) always represents the advancing direction of Chinese advanced cultures, so great efforts should be made to develop the cultural industry. By developing the cultural industry, money for developing advanced cultures can be accumulated, motives for cultural innovations can be stimulated, means for checking can be provided, and corrosion from corrupt cultures can be resisted effectively. In developing the cultural industry, efforts should be made to see to it that the cultural industry which encourages the mainstream rhyme takes the pivotal position, and that the advancing direction of advanced cultures should be stuck to.
