中国入世 ,国内法律必须与 WTO规则一致 ,有关知识产权方面的法律也不例外。为此 ,在阐述我国现行有关知识产权立法与实践及其与 TRIPS协议的差距的基础上 ,全面系统地论述了我国完善知识产权法制的对策。

China is going to enter into WTO very soon. So demestic laws must be consistant with WTO rules. The interllectual property laws are also not exceptional. Specifically speaking, they are required to be consistant with TRIPS which is the first attached documeng of WTO agreements. This paper overally and systematically states our country's strategies of improving interllectual property legality on the basis of analyzing the distance between our country's legislation in effect and practice on interllectual property and TRIPS
