摘要
“民以食为天”。吃既是一切动物更是人类生存之本 ,又是社会发展的重要动力。故对吃的研究是大有好处的。为此 ,从中国人用嘴吃饭 ,掂掂筷子的份量 ,肉食者的风采 ,温文尔雅的素食者以及饮食的反思等方面论述了东西方人对吃的特点及其深厚的经济基础 。
Food is regarded as the most vital part in the daily life of people, without which, society cannot develop. Therefore it is advantageous to do research on how to eat. This article writes about the different ways of Chinese and the Westerners in eating food and reasons for the differences, with the purpose that Chinese people may have a new idea about food eating.
