信息化是实现经济社会新一轮发展的必然选择──兼论嘉兴市信息化建设

随着信息技术的发展和信息产业的崛起 ,信息经济已成为主导经济形态。信息技术以其广泛的渗透性和创新性 ,实现对传统产业的改造和提升 ,并且作为经济增长的内生因素 ,成为生产力的第一要素 ,促进了产业结构的调整和优化。以信息化带动工业化是实现社会生产力跨越式发展的关键 。

With the development of information technology(IT) and the growing up of information industry, the information economy has become the leading economic pattern. IT can not only reform and elevate the traditional industry with its penetrability and originality, but also become the first factor in productivity as an internal factor of economic growth to adjust and optimize the industrial structure. The key to realizing a striding development of social productivity is to develop the industrialization driven by the informatization, therefore, the informatization is the inevitable choice for new development of economic society.\;
