试论公民财产权的宪法保障

该文从分析我国现行宪法在保障公民财产权上的缺陷入手 。

Through analyzing the limitation of China's present constitution ensuring citizen's right of property, the article puts forward some measures of enhancing and perfecting the citizen's properties ensured by the constitution.
