山西经济要发展 ,必须优先发展高科技产业。环境建设、产业结构策略、人才建设是发展山西高新技术产业的三大战略支点。
In order to develop Shanxi economy rapidly, This paper analyses the three strategy supports for developing the hi-tech industry in Shanxi from its development environment,industrial structure, and human resources.
