肾错构瘤的超声表现

Ultrasonographic manifestations of renal angiomyolipoma

目的 探讨肾错构瘤的超声表现。方法 对 37例肾错构瘤行灰阶及彩色多普勒 (部分 )检查 ,全部病例均经手术和病理证实。结果 肾错构瘤主要表现为高回声 ,直径≤ 3cm及 >3cm组中各占 91%和 76 %。肾错构瘤呈外突或出现无回声区者分别为 32个和 5个。肾多发错构瘤 13例 ,同侧肾错构瘤出现高低回声并存者 2例。 14例肾错构瘤行彩色多普勒血流显像检查 ,发现肿瘤彩色血流分布类型有 5种 ,瘤内血流以中心型和穿透型多见 ,阻力指数 >0 .6 0。结论 灰阶超声和彩色超声联合检查对诊断肾错构瘤有重要价值。

Objective To investigate ultrasonograpic features of renal angiomyolipoma(RAL) by gray scale ultrasound and color Doppler flow imaging(CDFI).Methods Thirty seven patients were examined by gray scale ultrasound and CDFI.All cases were proven by operation and pathology.Results Hyperechoic pattern was displayed 91% in the group of diameter less than 3 cm and 76% in the group of more than 3 cm respectively.Protruding tumor was shown in 32 tumors and intratumoral cystic area was shown in 5 tumors.Echogenecity of two multiple RALs were displayed not only hyperechoic but also hypoechoic in single kidney in 13 cases.In addition to 14 cases examed by CDFI,there were 5 color flow types in which intratumoral focal and penetrating were more often displayed.Resistance index (RI) was more than 0.60 .Conclusions Combination of gray scale ultrasound and CDFI may play an important role in the diagnosis of RAL.
