摘要
Objective To compare the clinical and experimental differences between male and female adult systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE).Methods The incidence rates of clinical onsets and the abnormal experimental tests of 9 male and 61 female adult hospitalized SLE patients were retrospectively and statistically analyzed. Results The incidence rates of IgG step-up and ANA positive in male group were obviously lower than that of in the female group( P <0 01 and P <0 05 respectively).Patients suffered from pulmonary infection and pleural effusion suggested by chest X-ray in male group were more than that of in the female group( P <0 05, P <0 05).Conclusion Other SLE related markers should be tested when ANA was negative for male SLE patients.Anti-infection treatment should be strengthened in male SLE.
