摘要
patients with bullous epidermolysis type of drug eruption over the last 8 years were studied,including 5 males and 11 females,aged 1 to 75 years old,Among them,there were 10 patients aged 20 to 30 years old,The main causative drugs included antibiotics,antipyretics,sulfonamides and hydrosulfides,All patients presented middle to high fever,loose bullae on skin,dermolysis and tenderness.More than 90% body surface were involved in 13 cases(81 25%),and mucosae were affected in 14 cases(87 5%).There were 10 patients(62 5%)converted from other types of drug eruption,and 4 combined with basal renal diseases,3 cases died at last.The reason of conversion,the key points of treatment and prognosis of thos disease were discussed.
