我国上市公司的主体是由国有企业改造而来的国有控股企业 ,而占上市公司总股本 70 %的国有股、法人股不能上市流通 ,这对我国国有企业改造、资本市场发展造成很大危害。本文在对国有股重组必要性进行分析的基础上 。

Our country's listed companies are state-owned holding enterprises which are reformed from stated-owned enterrises,neither the state-owned nor corporate stock which takes u 70 percent of stock companies' caital stock can get into stock general circulation,this is very harmful to our state-owned enterprises' reforming and the development of Caital market.This paper explores the patterns of state-owned stock's reconstruction.
