Analysis on the Entrusting Money Management of the Companies on the Stock Market

通过对上市公司委托理财的统计分析可以看出 ,委托理财中存在着平均收益降低 ,保底收益难兑现、信息披露不及时、占用募集资金严重、摧生金融泡沫等问题。对此 ,应采取完善证券市场法制建设和惩罚机制、加强监管、积极引导上市公司重视主业发展等有效措施 。

Through the statistical analysis,this paper pointed out some problems existing in the entrusting money management and its influnce on the market, and put forward some proposals and measures to standardize the entrusting money management.
