浅议高校青年教师的培养与使用

On Cultivation and Employment of Young Faculty In Higher Learning Institutions

笔者在分析我国高校对青年教师培养和使用现状的基础上 ,就如何从思想政治工作、生存环境建设、教学科研能力培养、人才的合理使用等几方面加强高校青年教师队伍建设提出了一些建议。

Based on the analysis of cultivation and employment of young faculty in higher learning institutions,the author puts forward some proposals of reinforcing team construction of young faculty from ideological and political work,environmental buildign of life,cultivating abiligy of scientific research,reasonable use of talents and other fields.
