Three Fundamental Ways to Achieve People's Interests

江泽民在庆祝中国共产党成立八十周年大会上的讲话是立党为公、执政为民的宣言和纲领。从贯穿整篇讲话的精神分析 ,实现人民利益的根本途径有以下三条 :第一 ,形成尊重知识、尊重人才 ,促进优秀人才脱颖而出的良好风气 ;第二 ,实事求是地承认新的社会阶层正在形成的客观现实 ,坚定不移地实行富民、安民政策 ,全面协调、重点兼顾各种利益关系 ;第三 ,从体制上杜绝既得利益集团的形成 ,已成为捍卫社会公正。

Three fundamental ways to achieve people's interests can be summarized from this speech: firstly, develop a positive atmosphere of respecting knowledge, respecting talent and making talent become eminent.
