On the Advanced Culture and Man's All-round Development

文化是人的创制 ,又是人的全面发展的内在祈求。“不断推进人的全面发展”既是马克思主义的奋斗目标 ,又是党在初级阶段各项事业的着眼点。“始终代表先进文化的前进方向”,就应该始终关怀人的全面发展 ,把人的发展水平作为衡量文化的先进性及其发展的重要尺度。

Culture is both the formulation of man and the internal need of man's all round development. Not only is “Advancing man's development constantly” Marxism's target, but also is the starting point of our Party's undertakings in the primary stage. To “represent the advancing orientation of advanced culture”, We should care about Man's development and regard the standard of Man's development as the important scale to measure the culture's advanced character and its development.
