摘要
保险市场是典型的信息不对称市场。寿险产品因其保障功能和长期性,由信息不对称导致的逆选择效应尤为明显。本文评析了在传统经营方式和经营创新下寿险市场逆选择的表现程度,指出不断推出突出投资功能的产品并以投资收益作为寿险公司的主要利润来源,是抵御逆选择的重要措施。在此基础上结合我国保险经营实践,论证了保险经营创新的必要性。
Insurance market is a typical market of asymmetric information. Life insurance provides long -term security and the effect of the adverse selection caused by asymmetric information is obvious. This paper examines the effects of the adverse selection under different operations and points out that introducing invest - orientated products is an important counter - measure for the adverse selection. Based on the insurance practice, it tries to prove that innovation is essential to the operation and devel-opment of the insurance industry.
