摘要
本文提出了在大学生思想教育管理中采取前导教育的概念。阐述了前导教育是大学生教育中的一种有效的方法,分析了前导教育具有的特征。从当前大学生自身的特点出发,推证了前导教育实施的可行性,对掌握前导教育的内容、把握其时机、注重其效果进行了分阶段的研究和思考。
This paper puts forward the idea of preceding education in the college students' ideological education, explains and analyses why preceding education is an effective method to educate college stu-dents and its features. Proceeding from the present college students' characteristics, the paper explains the feasibility of implementing preceding education, and delves into its content, condition and effect in different stages.
