摘要
收集因妇科恶性肿瘤而放弃治疗的病人 36例 ,分析其原因 ,并探讨临床医生对此类病人所面临的困境所应持的态度 ;建议应明确拒绝病人对安乐死的要求 ,但应予病人同情、鼓励及心理治疗 。
To collect 36 cases of terminal malignant patients calling for abandoning treatment, analyze reason, Suggest doctors should refuse euthanasia asked by patient,but should provide patients with sympathy,encouragement,psychotherapeutics,herb and physical treatment.
