护理人员文明服务动因调查与分析

对 4 0名护理人员进行了文明服务动因调查。主观因素调查显示有 97.5 %— 82 .5 %的人认为语言美、个人修养好、热爱护理专业等与文明服务密切相关 ;客观因素调查显示有 95 % - 80 %的人认为优良传统、职业道德、良好的家庭氛围及所受教育程度等与文明服务相关。我们要通过个人抓服务意识养成和科学管理 ,增强个人修养 ,利用护患互动关系 。

Civilized service is an important part of the qualified service advocated by all circles in our modern society. In this regard,the author has investigated the agents for civilized service among 140 nurses to find out the rules for ensuring high quality servics. As a result,the investigation of subjective factors indicates the 97.5%～82.5% think that polite words,sound self cultivation and deep affection to nursing profession are closely related to civilized service. Meanwhile, to have investigated the objective factors also shows that the 95%～80% believe that civilized service depends on their fine tradition ,professional ethics,satisfactory family environment tand education level accepted as well. Therefore, it seems necessary to further develop our qualified nursing service in such ways:attaching great importance to the cultivation of our awareness of high quality service,improving our self cultivation,making use of the interdynamic relationship between nurses and patients and creating a good family environment at the same time.
