调肝导浊中药对大鼠实验性高脂血症及主动脉平滑肌细胞增殖影响的实验研究

The effect of Chinese herbs on ratty experimental hyperlipemia and the proliferation of aortic smooth muscle cells

目的 观察调肝导浊中药对大鼠实验性高脂血症及主动脉平滑肌细胞增殖的影响。方法 采用高胆固醇饮食饲养 SD大鼠 2个月 ,造成高脂血症模型 ,观察中药对大鼠血脂质的影响。此外体外培养大鼠主动脉平滑肌细胞 (SMC) ,以加高脂血清和加中药等不同培养基分组培养 ,取细胞观察中药对 SMC增殖的调控作用。结果 (1 )中药能明显降低血胆固醇、甘油三酯、LDL含量 ,升高 HDL及其亚型含量。(2 )中药可明显抑制高脂血清培养下 SMC的增殖 ,其 PCNA阳性率低于造模组。结论 调肝导浊中药可有效地调整脂蛋白代谢 ,抑制 SMC增殖 ,从而防治高脂血症 ,阻止AS发生发展。

Objectives To observe the effect of Chinese herbs on ratty experimental hyperlipemia and the proliferation of aortic smooth muscle cell.Methods (1) Hyperlipemia model of rat was established by feeding heavy dosage of cholesterol for two months. The effect of the Chinese herbs on blood-lipid in experimental hyperlipemia rats was observed. (2) Aortic smooth muscle cells were equally cultured in incubation in vitro and classified with different culture media.Results (1) The Chinese herbs not only could lower the content of cholesterol, triglyceride and density lipoprotein in blood greatly, but also could increase the content of high density lipoprotein. (2) The Chinese herbs could inhibit the proliferation of smooth muscle cells.Conclusions The Liver-Regulating and Turbid-Removing Formula could effectively prevent and cure atherosclerosis.
