College Students' Basic Abilities:Their Cultivation

大学生要充分发展自己,更好地服务社会,必须培养如下应有的基本能力:能融入社会与市场的适应能力;能与人共处合作的交往能力;能说会写的表达能力;能发现问题、解决问题有独到创意的创新能力;能熟练操作的动手能力;能协调人、财、物诸因素的组织管理能力。这些基本能力,可通过积极参加社会活动与课外科技话等实践活动,并在活动中虚心好学、注重自己分析解决问题能力培养的过程中获得。

To fully develop themselves and serv e society well,college students must have the following basic activitie s:adaptability,communication competence,expressing ability,innovation capability,operating capacity,organizing and admin-istrative ability.These abilities can be cultivated by taking an active part in extracurricular practical a ctivities such as social,scientific and technological activ ities,and by learning modestly and a nalysing and solving problems in these activities.
