摘要
本文分析了林地使用权立法的现状 ,讨论了林地使用权流转程序的统一性 ,林地资源评估的法律地位和流转合同履行中的仲裁机构等问题 。
This paper analyzes the existing legislation situation of the right of timberland utilization.It also expound the unity of circulation procedure of timberland utilization,legislative status of assessment organization of timberland resources and arbitration institution of fulfilling circulation contracts.In the end,the author puts forward relative suggestions of legislation accordingly.
