摘要
本文分析了城市交通系统规划理论与方法的核心观点、特点及适用范围 ,并且针对中国的城市交通特点 ,从理论上提出了城市交通规划过程中应注意的问题和解决办法 。
This article analyzes the base idea,the main points,the distinguishing feature and the scope of the traffic planning theory.Further more,It puts out some attentions and solutions directing against the characteristic of the China traffic planning.Its object is to provide some references and directions which perfects the traffic planning theory to the China traffic planning.
