圆筒压电振子产生周向行波的激励原理 被引量:2

摘要 圆筒型行波非接触超声马达需要在其圆周方向形成行波以产生驱动力。文章较系统地研究激励圆筒振子产生周向行波的原理 ,分别给出了激励源在空间和时间上的关系 ,为有效设计和激励压电振子提供了理论依据。同时对多种激励法进行了研究和比较 ,给出了相对简便的激励法。最后根据理论分析 ,设计了振子进行实验 。 In order to drive the non contact traveling wave cylindrical ultrasonic motor,it needs to form traveling wave along the circumferential direction The exciting principle of traveling wave of cylindrical vibrator is studied systematically The relationships among the exciting power about space and time domains are give,which provides the theoretical foundation for designing and exciting vibrator The simpler exciting method is reported comparing with some exciting methods At last,the vibrator is excited based on the theory above,and the experimental results are in accord with the theory
