摘要
8~ 9年生黑松经 4种处理 (接种松材线虫、1 0 0 μg苯甲酸水溶液处理、无菌水处理并环剥主 干中部树皮以及单独无菌水处理 )后 ,研究了其流脂量、蒸腾作用及叶部过氧化物酶同工酶的变化。结果显示 ,接种后 1 2天 ,所有接虫株松脂分泌停止 ;接种后 2 7天 ,接虫株蒸腾作用下降最明显 ,其平均蒸腾强度为 0 .0 1 45 ml· g-1· h-1。黑松叶部共检出 9条过氧化物酶同工酶带 ,其中 c、d带的相伴出现为接虫株和苯甲酸处理株所特有。文后提出 。
Studies were made on changes of res in flow,transpiration and needle peroxid ase iso zyme of 8-9 year-old Pinus th unbergii inoculated or treat ed respectively with Bursaphelenchus xy lophilus,water solution containing 100μ g benzoic acid,sterilized water and bark ring girdling in the middle of stem,and sterilized water singly.The results sho wed that cessation of oleoresin exudatio n was observed on all plants inoculated with nematodes 12 days after inoculat ion and transpiration reduction occurred the most obviously 27 days after inocul ation,and the average transpiration inte nsity was 0.0145ml·g -1·h -1.Nine pe rox idase isozyme bands were detected in nee dles of the tree,and simultaneous appear ance of band c and d was characteristic on the plants inoculated with nemato des or treated with benzoic acid.It was p roposed that the method of transpiration and peroxidase isozyme in needles be u sed assistantly in early diagnosis of the disease.
