摘要
对自行研制的台式毛细管放电X光激光装置进行了系统调试 ,在充氩气毛细管负载下 ,输出电流 38kA ,电流脉冲前沿 4 0ns ,并对有关问题进行了讨论。
Some problems present in the process of adjustment for a self developed capillary discharge pumped table top X ray laser have discussed in the paper.Under the condition that the capillary charge filled with Ar gas,a significant result has been obtained with output current of 38kA,current pulse rising edge of 40ns.At present,experimental study on Ar filled capillary discharge fluorescence spectra is proceeding on the setup.
