摘要
从介绍激光熔覆的本质特征出发 ,论述了激光熔覆过程具有的显著快速凝固特性 ,以及热应变性质不匹配组分的熔覆材料和基材等在快速凝固后的冷却阶段出现的拉应力是激光熔覆层出现裂纹趋向的主要要素。此外还论述了 ,由于激光熔覆层的应用属性不同 ,所采用的材料组分也应不同 ,其设计还要基于系统来考虑 ,如以提高基体表面层的耐磨损性能为目的 ,则熔覆层材料的设计就要考虑这个摩擦学系统的特性 。
Based on the essentialcharacters in laser cladding,speedy solidification in the process of cladding,the tensile stress that appears during the cooling between the cladding material and fundus material,or among the different composition of cladding material having different properties of hot- strain,the main factors of cracking of laser cladding were putforward.Moreover,the design was considered based upon the system including the cladding layer,because the difference ofapplicationsrequired the difference of composition of cladding material.In order to raise anti- wear properties of the fundus surface,the design was carried through in the tribo- system and the technique and principle of material design of laser cladding were brought forward qualitatively.
