从长远和根本的观点看,真正能为电信运营商提供持续发展能力和竞争能力的,除了融资、并购、重组等体制改革的手段之外,更重要的是应用信息技术提升业务水平和服务水平。单纯依靠网络规模扩张取胜的老思路已经行不通了。只有“以客户为中心”,充分整合网络资源和客户资源,完善管理,提升服务质量,才能切实增强运营商的核心竞争力,在新一轮的竞争中立于不败之地。
The restructuring of telecommunications industry in China and opening of the market after WTO entry are issues in focus. Telecom operators have already felt the change of competition paradigm and market pressure. In the long run, the sustainable development and competitive edge of the operators lie not only in financing, acquisition and merger, and restructuring but rather application technologies that can really improve their service level and quality- The expansion of network alone won't lead to success. Only by focusing on customers, leveraging the integrated network and customer resources, improving management and service quality can operators sharpen their competitive edge.
