摘要 对浙西南食用菌生产规模、销售状况及所消耗的资源情况进行分析,阐述了阔叶林与食用菌生产的关系,提出在欠发达山区保护好生态环境的同时,持续发展食用菌的建议和对策。 Analysis were made on scale, sales and resource consumption of edible mushroom production in southwest Zhejiang. Relations between broad leaf forest and mushroom production were described as well as propositions and countermeasures on sustainable development in developing mountainous areas while protecting ecological envrionment.
