我国农业投入不足问题的原因及对策探析

Exploration on reasons for China's inadequate investment in agriculture and its countermeasures

农业要发展 ,就必须增加农业的投入 ,而目前我国的农业投入严重不足。结合我国农业投入的现状 ,通过深入细致的分析 ,揭示了在社会主义市场经济体制下 ,农民和他们的集体只有获得与其它部门比较至少平等或相对更高的利润 ,才能刺激他们对农业投入的积极性。为此 ,国家一方面要加强农业基础设施建设 ,完善农业支持和保护制度 ;另一方面要努力建立多层次、多渠道、多方位的农业投入体系 。

Increasing investment in agriculture is essential to agriculture development.But now in our country,the investment in agriculture is seriously inadequate.The research and analysis showed that in socialism market economy system,only when peasants could get equal or more profits than other departments,are they willing to invest in agriculture.So,our country should,on one hand,strengthen the construction of agricultural infrastructure and perfect the system of surporting end protecting agriculture,on the other hand,set up a system encouraging various ways of investment in agriculture.
