摘要
针对患有失眠症的不同群体 ,运用适量运动的自疗方法进行实验 ,结果表明 :受试者能有效地缩短入睡时间 ,改善和提高睡眠质量 ,增强体力 ,且简便易行 。
An experiment was conducted on different groups of people with insomnia. They were required to take moderate amount of physical exercises before going to bed. The results show that the subjects can have a quicker and better sleep and improve physical competence. This simple and practical method is noticeably effective for treating insomnia.
