利用星座图法评价玉米自交系

Evaluating lnbred Lines of Maize by Using Constellation Graphical Cluster Analysis

利用星座图聚类分析方法可将 36份玉米自交系分为 5大类群 ,分类结果与自交系的血缘无必然的联系 ,前三类自交系综合性状较好 。

36inbred lines of maize(Zea maysL.)were classified into 5 groups by using the constellation graphical cluster methods.The results showed that there were no relationship between the result of constellation graphical cluster and parentage of inbred lines,the comprehensive characters of inbred lines among,Ⅰ,Ⅱand Ⅲ groups were better than those of other groups and they could play an important role in the maize breeding.
