摘要
介绍了禾本科作物基因枪介导遗传转化原理、转化受体 ,讨论了外源基因的整合、遗传和表达 。
This paper summarized the principle and receptors of genetic transformation of graminaceous crops by particle bombardment, discussed the integration, inheritance and expression of foreign gene. The future of particle-mediated graminaceous transformation was also prospected in this paper.
