摘要
本文比较了不同浓度的糖蜜、马铃薯、麸皮、酵母膏以及温度和pH等因素对松茸菌丝体生长的影响。应用多因素试验正交优选法分析了影响松茸菌丝体生长的因素。实验结果表明 ,糖蜜、麸皮液是影响松茸菌丝体生长的主要因素 ,其次为温度和马铃薯 ,而pH和酵母膏为次要因素。松茸菌丝体生长的优化条件是 :糖蜜5 % ,麸皮浸液 2 5 % ,培养温度 15℃ ,pH5 0。
The effect of sirup, extract of potato and bran, yeast extract, temperature and pH on the growth of filaments of Tricholoma matsutake was determined by orthogonal test. Sirup and extract of bran play an important role on the growth of filament. When cultivated in the liquid medium containing 5% sirup, 25% extract of bran, pH5 0 and 15℃ for 20 days, the highest yield of filament was obtained.
